I have dx10.1 so if i dont have dx11 i cant play dragon age 2 on maximu settings bull!Dragon age 2 pc if you dont have dx11 you cant play on high maximum settings is this true!!?
From what I understand:
You can run it on dx9, dx10 or dx11 on Max settings. Each of the Directx has different features. Directx 11 has tessellation features while Directx 10 and 9 don't. So i guess in your sense, yeah you need dx11 to have all the graphical features.
