I believe his name is something like Jaarbas? His voice is so familiar and it's driving me insane! Does anyone know the actor's name or any other roles he may have done?On Dragon Age 2, who does the voice of the Qunari you return the Qunari swords to?

The character's name ... I don't know if it's ever given. Qunari do not have names, and are usually addressed by their rank or role. There is a Tal Vashoth in the Hanged Man after the Qunari leave who has taken on the name of Maraas (it means 'nothing' - that's the only reason I remember it).
